Renewal US Passports(16 Years and older) |
To Renew US passports quickly, applicant must meet the following qualifications: . -- Applicant has most recent passport is in his or her possession, AND; -- Applicant was 16 years or older when passport was issued AND; -- Applicant's passport was issued within the past 10 years AND; -- Applicant's passport is not damaged. If applicant does not meet the above criteria, please Apply for a New US Passport. . Note: New Passport Applicants between the ages of 16 and 17 must appear with one parent to co-sign the application. For applicants under 16, click here. . Renew US Passport Process Overview Applicant must gather documents listed below to send to Wevisa for processing. . Applicant will receive their new passport book with a new passport number and the old passport will be returned. |

Send us your expired Passport. We will return your old Passport along with your new Passport. Note: The new Passport will have a different Passport number. If you do not have your Passport, you will need to apply for Replacing a Lost or Stolen Passport | ||

You will be required to submit two (2) identical passport photographs. Photographs must be taken by a passport photographer. Home made photos are not acceptable and most often cause a delay in passport issuance. | ||

A check or money order made payable to "U.S. Department of State" for $170. This fee may also be paid online via credit card when filling out our online order form below. NOTE: If paying by check: Please include your date of birth on the memo line of the check. Starter checks for new bank accounts are NOT acceptable. Although it is recommended that your check have your name pre-printed on it, if submitting a business check or someone Else's check, make sure to include your name, address and date of birth on the check. Money orders must contain your information on them. | ||

A letter of Authorization gives us the authority to submit your application and pick-up your passport when issued. We are only allowed to submit a certain number of passports each day, and the additional names on the additional authorization letters are for our sister companies under whose name we may submit your application in order to provide the fastest available service. | ||
| .F. | Proof of Departure | |
Submit a copy of your computer-generated itinerary or your ticket from an airline, travel agency, or online booking agency showing your departure from the U.S. FAX or photocopies are acceptable. If you are unable to provide a trip itinerary, we can still assist you without one. It may take one or two additional days to process your request. | ||

If you have legally changed your name and you wish to have your new Passport issued in your new name, you must submit an original or certified copy of your marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order showing the name change. Your new Passport will be issued in your new name. | ||

If you have a temporary Passport, issued at a US Embassy overseas or other situation causing a short term Passport issuance, you must include a certified birth certificate, past US Passport, or Naturalization Certificate. If you are behind in child support payments, you may not be able to get a passport. | ||
